Two Storey Extension to Corner Plot
Project Background
We were approached by the clients directly after being recommended by their engineer to tender for their 2 storey extension. After competitively tendering we won the contract to build their extension.Our Approach
Because there was no architect involvement after warrant stage we undertook the project management whilst liaising weekly with our clients to make sure that timescales were met and their wishes were fulfilled.Due to the location of the site and the steepness of slope we had to dig away and fully shore the banking to allow us to excavate foundations and build a retaining wall to encompass three sides of the site. Having overcome this minor obstacle the build went without any hitch.
